Control
There is a real lack of change control on the Disc Jerkers site. We know. We were there. Effective immediately, every proposed change goes to the team, and it arrives with an impact assessment and a rollback plan.

Bring it to the team
Nothing touches the site until the team has seen it. Not the font, not the footer, not "one tiny thing." "It's a tiny change" is how Rule 6 happened.

State the impact
Say what it touches and how loudly it can break: pages, checkout, the hero, the cat. "Probably fine" is not an impact assessment.

Attach a rollback plan
Say how we undo it. If the plan is "hope" or "blame the plastic," it goes back in the bag.
Changes that skip this process will be reviewed by the team, by which we mean yelled about in the group chat.
